feat(mcp): add websearch_exa as built-in MCP

- Add src/mcp/ directory with websearch_exa configuration
- Configure Exa AI remote MCP (https://mcp.exa.ai/mcp)
- Export builtinMcps from plugin config
- Update documentation (EN/KO) with Built-in MCPs section
